Hospitality Case Study Series
Via this Case Study Series, I had the opportunity to showcase the integration of Steeped Coffee in two boutique hotels. This project involved a meticulous process of content creation, where I was entrusted with recordings of interviews conducted with employees from each hotel. My task was to distill these interviews into cohesive and engaging narratives, capturing the essence of how Steeped enhanced the guest experience at each of these establishments. The resulting case studies were transformed into a series of blog posts and email campaigns, targeted at Steeped’s B2B audience.

Supplementing the interview insights, I conducted extensive research to deepen the context and enrich the storytelling. This holistic approach allowed me to craft case studies that were not only informative but also vividly illustrated the unique ambiance and offerings of each hotel.
